Hi my name is David 👋

I am a Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in residential Real Estate and over 4 years of PropTech Product Management. Before joining Product Management, I worked in residential sales and Property Management, where I had the opportunity to work with both Single-Family and Multifamily assets.

I got into Product Management because I wanted to build the tools I wanted to use and knew were needed. For the past 4 years, I have built tools across asset classes (Single Family & Multifamily) and across technologies (Property Management System, Customer Relationship Management, Internet Listing Service).

Notable Accomplishments

PropTech Integration Expansion

I acted as the primary contact for 12+ integration partners, negotiating contracts, on boarding developers, and managing legal agreements. I led the launch of 12+ integrations with PMS, CRM, and fintech providers, including AppFolio, Entrata, and Yardi. To support user adoption, I developed documentation and training materials that empowered teams and customers.

Open API Development

I launched an open API that allowed customers to access their application data directly, enabling integration into their internal systems. This helped property managers automate reporting, reduce manual data entry, and improve decision-making. I collaborated with engineering to create secure, scalable endpoints and provided documentation for customer support.

Chrome Autofill Plugin

I developed a Chrome plugin that automatically mapped and transferred rental application data from Rently’s screening service into customer PMS systems we did not have direct access to. This innovation eliminated manual data entry, saving staff time while ensuring accuracy and consistency across workflows.
